Living Funeral

Have you ever wanted to hear all the wonderful, heartfelt things people say about you at your funeral? Well, with a living funeral that’s exactly what happens.

A living funeral takes place whilst you’re still earthbound, with you as the star of the show, surrounded by all your loved ones. You get to decide what is said, and by whom, you can decide what music is played, etc. You get to control the whole thing.

So, if you know your time on this planet is drawing to an end, we can assist you in creating a fitting final celebration of your life that you get to attend. This can be a healing way for others and yourself to come to terms with your death, and although there may be heartfelt tears, there is always plenty of love and laughter in equal amounts.

What’s included:

• A celebration of your life in our chapel or your home (other venues may incur an extra cost)

• One of our celebrants will assist you in creating the perfect send-off.

• Slideshow with up to 80 photos

• A quick spin in our hearse (optional)

• A memorial book or memory box

• 40 memorial cards

• Catering for up to 40 people (finger food plus tea/coffee/refreshments)

Fee: $2,490

*Please note, this fee does not include cremation or burial costs, but you can simply add the cost of either a direct cremation or burial to your fee (i.e. Living Funeral plus direct cremation is $4,380)
