Cooling Beds & Manaaki Mats

Cooling beds are used to allow deceased loved ones to stay at home for a number of days if that is your wish. Some people may not be ready to say goodbye, or they may want an at-home vigil, an at-home funeral, or a wake at home, and we can assist you to make this possible.

Presently we have a cooling bed available for hire. We can come to the home of the deceased, set up the bed, and assist you with anything else you may need. Cost is $150 per day.

Manaaki Mats are simple cooling devices that can be used for a deceased baby or small child allowing the family to hold and tend to their precious one. We do not charge for the use of our Manaaki Mats, and we will come to your house to assist you in being able to use them.
